J.M. v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Joe and Jaszmin Miller filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, J.M., on September 8, 2025, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on April 5, 2022. The petition was filed under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioners were notified that they could withdraw the petition or allow it to remain before the special master. On September 5, 2025, the Petitioners elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted their request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
