Rebecca Jensen v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2026)

Rebecca Jensen filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 18, 2024, alleging injury from an influenza vaccine received on January 2, 2024. She claimed a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) with residual effects lasting more than six months.

Respondent denied that the vaccine caused her injury. However, on April 1, 2026, the parties filed a joint stipulation agreeing to an award of compensation.
