Gabriella Ramsby v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Gabriella Ramsby filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on August 22, 2025, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations in December 2021, February 2022, and June 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On August 15, 2025, Gabriella Ramsby elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw.

Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
