Annie Bergenheier v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Annie Bergenheier filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, D.B., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on August 11, 2020, and August 25, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of her options to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
