Melanie Stanbery v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

On May 19, 2025, Melanie Stanbery filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, K.S., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on July 2, 2021, and September 21, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On May 11, 2025, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, but no judgment on the merits should be entered.
