Corcoran found Mr. Flores entitled to compensation on March 10, 2025.

Flores should receive $145,000.00 for pain and suffering and $5,994.78 for unreimbursed expenses. On February 12, 2026, Chief Special Master Corcoran awarded a total lump sum of $150,994.78, payable through counsel's IOLTA account for prompt disbursement to Mr.

Flores.
