Sherri Berry v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Sherri Berry filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.B., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on August 12, 2021, and February 8, 2022. The petition was filed on February 18, 2025.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options. On February 11, 2025, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
