Ashley Phillips v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

On February 18, 2025, Ashley Phillips filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, E.A., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on May 24, 2021, and June 1, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On February 12, 2025, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300aa—21(b). The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request.

Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, and no judgment on the merits was entered.
