Justine Guillen v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Justine Guillen filed a petition for compensation on January 21, 2025, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on April 23, 2021, and April 22, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
