Macaylee Nikolov v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Macaylee Nikolov filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 8, 2025, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 12, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
