Sarah Pappalardo filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on March 11, 2024, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on April 8, 2021, and May 17, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
