Nicole Palmieri filed a petition for compensation on March 8, 2024, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on July 14, 2020, September 9, 2020, and March 16, 2021. Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
