Krista Reed Choate filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 15, 2024, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on October 25, 2022, and January 9, 2023. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On November 7, 2024, Ms. Choate timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.
