Leah Montevideo filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 13, 2024, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on April 6, 2023. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
