Dominic Roberti filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 11, 2024, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on December 18, 2020, April 14, 2022, and April 17, 2023. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On October 9, 2024, Dominic Roberti timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the Clerk of Court was notified that proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, but no judgment on the merits should be entered.
