Marta Eriksson filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, V.L., alleging injury following human papillomavirus vaccinations on February 25, 2021, and April 20, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
