S.G. v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Elizabeth Graziano, on behalf of her minor child S.G., filed a petition for compensation on October 4, 2024, alleging that S.G. suffered injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on May 22, 2020, and January 6, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On October 3, 2024, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings and directing the Clerk of Court not to enter a judgment on the merits.
