Amber Linck filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 21, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on December 29, 2021, and February 3, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On August 21, 2024, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings.
