Michelle Johnston v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2025)

On December 6, 2023, Michelle Johnston filed a petition alleging SIRVA after an influenza vaccine administered on September 17, 2021. She alleged a Table injury or, alternatively, causation in fact, with residual effects lasting more than six months.
