Erica Ayers filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, G.A., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on July 6, 2020, and August 31, 2021. The petition was filed on November 28, 2023.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued. On July 25, 2024, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
