Ricky Carter v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) (2025)

On November 20, 2023, Ricky Carter filed a petition alleging Guillain-Barré syndrome after an influenza vaccination administered on October 10, 2022. Respondent conceded entitlement on September 16, 2024, agreeing that the claim satisfied the Vaccine Injury Table criteria for GBS after a seasonal flu vaccine.
