Patricia Primrose v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2026)

Patricia Primrose filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, alleging she suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) after receiving an influenza vaccine on October 25, 2022. She claimed the vaccine was administered in the United States, her injury was a Table injury with residual effects for more than six months, and no civil action had been filed.
