Christina Frankos filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, M.F., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on August 29, 2019, and November 5, 2020. The petition was filed on November 3, 2023.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of her options to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On August 2, 2024, Christina Frankos elected to withdraw the petition.
