Lynn White v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2025)

On October 16, 2023, Lynn White filed a petition alleging that an influenza vaccine administered on October 13, 2022 caused a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration. Respondent denied that Ms.
