Tala Altaji Alfarouki filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 18, 2023, alleging an injury from a shingles vaccination received on June 29, 2022. On December 15, 2023, the petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
