Carina Phillips v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Carina Phillips filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 5, 2023. She alleged that she suffered injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on September 19, 2019, October 25, 2019, and June 12, 2020.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the statutory timeframe, Ms. Phillips was notified of her option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
