Adi Eminente filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on September 19, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on September 18, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On May 31, 2024, Adi Eminente elected to withdraw the petition pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-21(b). The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings on the merits.
