Victoria Pipp v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Victoria Pipp filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, T.P., alleging that T.P. suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on February 4, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On May 6, 2024, Victoria Pipp elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal, concluding the proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
