Nicole Sicuro-Leipski v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Nicole Sicuro-Leipski filed a petition on August 18, 2023, on behalf of her minor child, G.L., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on July 14, 2020. The case proceeded under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Because a decision had not been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued to the petitioner. On May 13, 2024, Nicole Sicuro-Leipski elected to withdraw the petition.
