Meah Lewis filed a petition for compensation on July 31, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on March 7, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Meah Lewis was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On April 25, 2024, Meah Lewis filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings on the merits.
