Savanna Hodges filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on July 21, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on June 12, 2020, and May 13, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On March 25, 2024, Savanna Hodges elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition, concluding the proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
