Alexandra M. Gergel filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on July 14, 2023.

She alleged injuries following vaccinations with the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on July 16, 2020, August 17, 2020, and September 23, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
