Joseph Abdulmassih filed a petition on behalf of his minor child, K.A., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on July 20, 2021, and January 25, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition.
