Melissa Malloy filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 15, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving three doses of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on January 20, 2022, March 21, 2022, and August 2, 2022.
