Ashley Langelier v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Ashley Langelier filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 12, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 30, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On February 7, 2024, Ashley Langelier timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. In light of this election, her request to withdraw was granted.

The Clerk of Court was notified that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was to be entered. This order concludes the proceedings.
