Luke Laporta v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Luke Laporta filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 7, 2023, alleging he suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on June 23, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of his options.

On February 2, 2024, Luke Laporta timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings on the merits.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
