K.S. v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Chris and Kirsten Strickland filed a petition on January 29, 2024, on behalf of their minor child, K.S. They alleged that K.S. suffered injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on April 22, 2019, and July 15, 2020.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued. On January 26, 2024, the Petitioners elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
