Bryanne Tome v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

On January 29, 2024, Bryanne Tome filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, K.S., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on April 22, 2019, and May 29, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On January 25, 2024, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of this petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
