Jacob Drake v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Jacob Drake filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on May 17, 2023, alleging he suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on May 21, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Jacob Drake was notified that he could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On January 15, 2024, Jacob Drake timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
