Lyndzee Weiss filed a petition for compensation on May 3, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on October 5, 2010, January 18, 2011, and June 23, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

Petitioner then filed a notice to withdraw the petition pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-21(b). The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
