Haley Petz filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on May 1, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on August 18, 2015, and August 31, 2016. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On January 2, 2024, Haley Petz timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition are concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
