Willow Wren filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on April 28, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on November 9, 2018, and May 28, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On December 27, 2023, Willow Wren timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of this petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
