Phaedra McLaughlin filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on April 26, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on February 4, 2020, and May 18, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
