Respondent denied that Petitioner sustained a SIRVA Table injury or that the vaccine caused her alleged injury. Despite these differing positions, the parties filed a joint stipulation agreeing to settle the case and award compensation. Chief Special Master Corcoran found the stipulation reasonable and adopted it as her decision. Pursuant to the stipulation, Michelle Calderon was awarded a lump sum of $94,000.00 for all items of damages. The case was resolved via a joint stipulation for compensation, with the decision entered on August 29, 2024.
