Madison Aguilera filed a petition for compensation on December 11, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on May 18, 2015, and August 22, 2016. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
