Yvette Douglas filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 4, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations in January 2006, April 2006, and the fall of 2007. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On November 30, 2023, Yvette Douglas timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.
