Alexa Flores filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Program on December 15, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on August 1, 2016, and July 18, 2017. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On December 12, 2023, Alexa Flores elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw.

The proceedings on the merits are concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
