Lisa McMurtry filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, M.M., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on November 16, 2018, and November 21, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On December 13, 2023, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal, concluding the proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
