Hannah Huie filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 18, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on September 24, 2015, and December 3, 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On December 11, 2023, Hannah Huie timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
