Olivia Warpula v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Olivia Warpula filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 15, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on August 20, 2020, and September 17, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
